Actually there is something you can do about it - place a $2m+ order at $11 and create utter chaos as the brokers and all watching try to decipher the what/how/why of such an order !!
However for most thats unrealistic - even for someone looking for a $1m entry they will usually employ a broker who (using some of the aforementioned tools) will try and get them the best (average) price possible.
