it's fairly simple. a yes vote is for a constitutional enshrined ATSI voice to parliament. this will be a body that makes submission and provides advice on how laws & polices will impact aboriginal people. it will have no veto or legislative power. the exact details of the make-up of this body will be determined by the parliament if Australian vote Yes for the amendment.
