I suspect the hot reactor is being fabricated by Forgiatura Morandin in Northern Italy (East of Milan). The announcement states, "Final
fabrication is therefore on target for a September delivery". (Again) I suspect this implies it will be dispatched from the fabrication site in September. By sea I would think it would take a month + to arrive at site. I could be wrong. The announcement is a little vague on specific detail. I have no real issues with it. The key takeaway is that it is on track and derisking at each stage is a positive.
