    On a side note, Africa Oil Week is coming up Oct 9-13. I wouldn't be surprised if some interesting news / comments come out of this. NAMCOR, Shell, Total and Chevron will all be there. Plus Maggy Shino (Commissioner for Energy, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Namibia) is presenting and is quite good at talking things up and dropping a headline.
