whether the person has 1 share or millions the board has to respond to emails etc that have gone unanswered for weeks now.
i personally have a decent size holding would definitely be in the top 40 and they have not bothered to respond.
either something has gone sour or there is some unofficial deals done which is why there is big changes in the top 20.
This gives time for their mates etc to buy in down low, close shorts etc and then a steady flow of announcements.
As it stands the raise wont get any traction, the market price offers a way better deal.
Its disgraceful behaviour, hard lesson to learn but it just proves there is rarely any ethics when it comes to listed companies and their insider trading.
