No one.
You need to make the distinction between the wholesaling and retailing parts of the industry.
At the retail level, these sales are not "lost"; those tyres still find their way to the market just like before.
The difference is that whereas someone else was taking care of the wholesaling side (I haven't checked who, maybe Goodyear was doing some of it itself), now NTD will be providing that wholesaling function on Goodyear's behalf.
