I hear there is quite a bit of CHEAP lithium in Africa, especially in the DRC.
Might have better luck there than in Serbia, but I would not be taking that bet!

Tony had the foresight to preorder long lead items eighteen months in advance. That window of opportunity has closed with the lead times blown well and truly out.

I believe it too, but The Poor Man Pays Twice, but in your case that might be thrice (Serbia, James Bay), or even four times.
