Almost certainly be part of it Mega, we are also operator at MOBLAN . Reimbursments would likely be in two parts, one for general running costs shared amongst the partners proportionately and another for any costs incurred by by the operator over and above general running costs, basially a fee or arrangement to cover overheads for organising it...
