If the date in the annual is subject to change. Any comment he made on a date would also be subject to change.

So the fact he hasnt simply used Q1 2024 and rather stated 1st half 2024. Leads me to believe it wont come Q1 2024.
Again this is an interpretation. An based of the companies history I would think its a pretty fair statement.
