You said they closed it "earlier for some reason". Maybe you could not remember the reason? It's not up to me to try and decipher your posts.
I can only tell you that the reason is because the buyback was for up to $150M, and they spent that full amount.
And no just because I can recall a basic fact doesn't mean I work for the company, it's actually a pretty standard ability that most people.
