why don't you read about the amount of development they were doing in Sydney....a fair proportion which is ongoing in terms of leasing out.. there was a shortage of Industrial in Sydney.. not sure if that is still the case but they were in the right place at the right time... did read an announcement from Amazon which seemed a bit negative but I'm sure BKW have them signed for a good while, and it wasnt Amazon departing Sydney, just spreading more I think... the replacement cost of what they have built has likely blown out by at least 20%!
they also have a lot of land development ongoing... anyway there is a fair amount of information on these threads if you go back 6 months or so
