Other sellers may recieve more in the hand up front but in the end this company is an oiler not a real estate agent so in the long term SP health of the company, it was a killer move and we have retained the sweetest 16K acres for ourselves. Roughly speaking I see the royalties as the equivalent of approx 5 to 7 wells 100% owned by SSN shareholders. As we all know the SP will vary but I just don't see another play as good as this one.
