these guys have drilled it where telcos like @Vonex @Spirit @CCG have completely missed the basics of a Telco in Australia. you have to have your own NBN platform/network. you need to automate service delivery from website to billing. your customer service needs to be in Australia. you need to run lean. spend money on marketing and customer acquisition. don't step out from the basics and don't go into Managed services.
