re: mou with china sino gas Ray, I think that your "logic" is spot on. Your emphasis on Sinogas is THE KEY to the MOU. As you very correctly state, Sinogas is comparatively small fry in this big guy business, BUT it has very substantial government support. The "big guys" don't want to deal with these small fry, but, when you get two "small fry" together to get something done, you inevitably get it done. If the MOU was with one of the big guys, ICN would be battling, but with Sinogas there will be far less pressure and both parties will work together to make it work. Conversely, Sinogas would probably not be able to do a MOU with one of our "big guys."
Well done Ray, think that the $19.5 grand that you INVESTED on Friday will be very significantly rewarded.
