Mate I am not going to go into the details, I already have another payment plan that is 18 monthly payments. You might note I said bills, tax isn't the only thing and again I'm not going into further details but the reality is I will be a forced seller if I can't get the price I want soon.
I didn't expect the sp to get this low again but thats the current market! I thought we'd hit the bottom early this month but this week has been a shocker for most.
