They issued 55% of current shares for $10m at a PREMIUM SHARE PRICE!!!
The brokers would have issued 25-30% of SOI for a few million at best plus demanded free options.
Don't forget how much New South, MAG and Richo have at stake here. They definitely would have done their own due diligence before accepting this deal. Don't think otherwise.
Completely de-risked this business for quite a while.
Well done Glen & Richo I say.
Now let's get drilling like crazy in a few months once the deal is all finalized.
