Your opening comment leaves a lot to be desired and I can only assume that you have had little, or no experience with economics.
There is a saying that, if you have 100 economists in one room and ask them the same question, you will receive 100 different answers.
The morale of the story is, if one economist tells you that the economy is good and sound, don't believe him until you have confirmed it from other sources!
All reasonable, thinking people in Australia KNOW that the economy is NOT in good shape/order and has been ruined by the past 2+ years of NON-GOVERNMENT. If you really think about the matter, forget your political persuasions and try to be neutral and balanced, for the past 2+ years this country has not been GOVERNED. The government has made up policies 'on the run' without considering the possible consequences if anything were to go wrong (Home Insulation etc, etc, ...)
We now have the P.M. who turns out to be a doppleganger, or is it Jekyl & Hyde? However, she isn't sure whether she is the Real Julia or some other Julia. Things start to go wrong so she asks the person who she deposed to 'give us a hand' and Kevin agrees. Real Fred Karno's outfit!
