Selling pressure would continue across small caps as Fed said that rates are going to stay as is for a long time and maybe another increase is on the cards!
A lot of small caps would need on going funding else they would be cash crunched and choke eventually.
Market cap and valuation is being tested right now and that presents a perfect opportunity for shorters/instos.
Most small companies have hit the panic button and are in survival mode already.
