They can maybe even spin off their real estate assets and gaming into separate entities or convertible debt or even dilutive (they only need a few hundred mil)
If the last resort occurs then theres nothing to say a share buyback in the longer term is not possible
People need to calm down honestly, if the business was empty and unprofitable and NSW excessive tax was still overhanging then yes be worried
I have about 100k unit shares and its annoying but im in it for the long long long haul, there will never be another casino in Sydney, Brisbane has exclusivity rights, pubs and clubs will get punished soon and then u throw in queens wharf and Olympics with a sprinkle of heavy migration....
