We are at the present shell price with cash, holding the very pointy end of the RVR multiple.
Every seller, just sharpens that pointy end further.
Because, ANYTHING. = upside.
Downside = Already shell pricing.
Consider weathering. And drilling into these exposed galioths.
What multiple a discovery would do ? make the sellers who gave it away for nort weap.
