Maybe Min will build the first Build Own and Operate gas plant in the Perth basin.
Same concept as contracts used in the mining of iron ore.
CE would could then control of the reserves of whole basin similar to Woodside in Karratha. There must be some reason for Min to be involved and I know CE will be positioning to do so. The story is coming together nicely.
