    This line says a lot;
    "Synlait is highly reliant on A2M's periodic rolling forecasts of demand to plan and adjust its production schedule."

    This was raised by SM1 a few months back and one can be sure this will form a very large part of there dispute process.

    This may also give an indication;
    a2MC is in discussions with Synlait regarding the allocation of certain one-off production/supply chain andother related costs between the two companies.
