I've been checking the FDA drug approval list and comparing it to the US article (pink sheets) sent a week or so ago. So far in Sept, 2 drugs approved (36 and 37 per link).
The dates as published (pink sheets) align with the 2 approved drugs. 4 other drugs ahead of those for approval have not as yet appeared. Not sure what that means as not all on the pink sheet list are NDA (6 novel agents, 4 NDA's, a new formulation and significant new indication), but presumably we are 1 of the 4 and hence 2/4 NDA left.
Will it be before 26/9? Friday down here in the sporting capital of Oz is a public holiday but doesn't affect ASX. Like you do not want a TH, my heart will stop and the defib machine is 4km away...
