The news suggests that Shine did not win the tender for the Johnson & Johnson administration or the Boston administration. Shine also lost the fight with three other firms to run the Star class action (which Shine touted as one of three actions filed last year).
Do we know if any of Shine’s projections included these matters? Shine did disclose a pipeline of administration work from the mesh matters a year ago in their announcement (which I do not think has been corrected).
