From past experience, ASIC have way too many complaints. So, they are slow and often dismissive. That being said, I am looking to be here for a long time. So, it makes sense that we stop this practice, so it’s not habit forming.

If a few of us send a note, then the odds are improved, that they will review.

When I lodged, I wrote a summary, similar to my post above.

All things being equal, class actions can take place based on share price (a loss). So, some action makes sense.

@One25 ARU won’t want to take action, as that opens up many other items that they may/may not be doing. You don’t talk to the regulators if you don’t have to. I don’t blame them, as compliance is tough nowadays.
