what is really very interesting, if you "play" a little bit on this site, you can see a very interesting history of the data in the "Capacity Outlook" section:

Sept 13: Walyering PF not yet listed in this report

Sept 14: for the first time (!) Walyering PF is listed in the report. The Outlook for the days 15.9, 16.9. and 17.9. is N/A from 18.9. the Outlook is 0.0

Sept 15: to 9/17 N/A; 9/18 to 9/21 0.0

Sept 16: to 9/17 N/A; 9/18 to 9/22 0.0

Sept 17: to 9/17 N/A; 9/18 to 9/23 0.0

Sept 18: 9/18 0.0; 9/19 to 9/24 33.0 TJ (!)

Sept 19: 9/19 to 9/25 33.0 TJ

What I read from this is quite simple: any day now

... and justadribble is terribly wrong...
