Make sure you don't confuse flow testing and acquiring pressures and sample using a wireline conveyed formation test tool (SLB's MDT tool). Any wireline operations are conducted over open hole...ie once hole section is cased off you cant do any further open hole logging.

Two wireline logging jobs at end of 12-1/4" and 8-/12" hole sections and a third possible job if they drill a 6" hole section.

The MDT tool can acquire pressures and collect samples during a descent. Number of pressure pretests is limited mainly by condition of the probe packer rubber (it wears with time) and maximum number of samples is set by the number of sample chambers you run. 450cc SPMC/MPSR bottles are run in six bottle carriers...you'd usually run 1-2 carriers on each run (total 12 bottles). In theory you can run more carriers but you need to risk out the operation when running all your available bottles in one run. Larger sample chambers can be run with the MDT but their size and design mean you cant run alot of them and they aren't as versatile as the MPSR/SPMC bottles.
