MEL has about $23-24m left from memory, but possibly setting up for Cap Raising. They would need extra money to actually complete the works for RVPS etc so it's definitely a possibility... but they've been trying to set up a JV for PEL16 and so I'd be more hopeful that the cash comes from a partner than from another issue of shares but we'll see.
ESG has been trending up recently prior to their capital raising announcement today.
