Whilst I agree that in specificity of the arbitration process some of my earlier comments may not be applicable, however, the overall message that this is not a 'buy signal' remains. This contractual dispute will have major impact on the JV and its performance as there are too many uncertainties around the legal process and what the outcomes will be.
