The multi-million dollar question:

"It [ESG] declined to comment Monday on whether Santos intends to participate in the placement."

It will be very interesting indeed to see if any substantial shareholders enmerge from this placement. You would have to think that to offload 122m shares so quickly there is a deal or two already done in the background.

And I do recall casey previously saying that they did a small SPP raising last times because during a larger raising and particularly a palcement they are particularly "vulnerable"!
