Secondly, Agrimin are only in a position to know what they've been told and their consultants are going to be either involved in the project (and hence have a stake in the sake going forward) or not involved (and hence won't have direct knowledge of the issues). So there's every possibility that they might not be able to get the plant going at full production any more than Kalium could.
