In the event of NO vote, impact to DVP would be minimal. In fact, I reckon the DVP SP will go up even if the bid fails.
Cash in bank, cashflows from BGL, less overheads, no need to issue another ~40M shares. Add another contract, get WL running, buy something else next year.
It's all downhill for ESS if NO vote. ESS will soon run out of money, looking at 30c down the track. MINres 19.55% blocking stake and they can choose not to put in any more money in the next raising.
If only I held onto my PIO shares, I would vote yes wholeheartedly, take the DVP scrip and add to my heap.
