They missed Q3 when best to drill with spud maybe only at the end of Q3 although maybe still dry in October in Rukwa versus the capital Dar Es Salaam. Take with a grain of salt wiki says flooding is common in Rukwa but maybe more in the heavier rain months like April and May. Also note the rain chart is Dar Es Salaam so maybe slightly different rain patterns out in the Rukwa.
