Indeed, huge demand to come through, not just high net worth millionaires but a lot of middle class skilled labour who want to live in Aus that will require loans as not many will have straight out cash to buy a property. A proportion will need LMI.
Spring coming up = more listings = more house sales. When someone sells, someone buys. Those buyers = potential LMI customers.
