I am only guessing, but I think the recent sharp plunge may have to do with the recent legislation changes for labour hire companies. I have not had the time to look into it in depth.

If it is a material change to the business model of the business that has the potential to effect the forward guidance, the board are obliged to disclose this to the market in a reasonable timeframe.
If I get time, I will read up on it further.
