Confidence in the project will come with each milestone.
1st. Confidence boost will be the positive statement from the ELY ( up to 6 months)
2nd. Confidence boost is Approval/endoresement by TUKES
3rd. Confidence boost approval/ permit from ministry of environment for initial 4 year exploration licence
This will occur twice for Area 1 and then again for Area 2-5
Remember they have been running enviro studies for some time to be able to submit the Natura 2000 assessment and I'm sure through this time they will continue to do so as to further deepen the strength of their Natura reports.
In theory by March next year we will have completed 1st confidence boost and maybe even have another project on the way.
