I'm not criticizing you Moosey. Just trying to keep perspective based on what was actually said. Like you I would like to know the answers to those questions and many more. Unfortunately that post is not the smoking gun you need.

MST is currently a very small company with a market cap narrowly in excess of $10m. If you want answers then find enough votes and get yourself or a proxy elected to the board. Surely it can't be that hard to find enough votes to get a shareholder representative on the board.
