Feels like we've been waiting for a turning point for 5 years.
This is the first time there's been a proven leader focused on organic growth and not someone going on a buying spree and resolving integrations and legacy problems etc...
We'll see how it turns out, the value proposition is there if it hits, I'd rather use cashflow to pay off debt which would most likely get share price to more than double when cash neutral.
Love the long term incentives basically $11m if he can get share price to 80c and hit the steps along the way. It's not out of the question. I look at KPG (Kelly Partners) who when able to articulate and execute their strategy year on year went from a 10 PE to 40 PE with an owner-operator manager in a small cap growth business. Something like 30 PE on 20m (30% growth on 2023) NPAT would get the CEO to hit the share price mark.
