A few scenarios.
Zel$ is winning but greed wanted to hoard 'stuff' for a rainy day.
Conflict sustainable but wants to get the next aid safely tucked for a rainy day.
Zel$ is in tatters, REALLY need whatever aid to buy some time.
I am wondering if the debate in the WH is whether to give more hopium time to Zel$ such as a frozen conflict literally in the winter months so that he can conserve whatever left of his army for the next Spring offensive OR cut the loss as throwing another pile of $/equipment into the fire will only play on the optics and bad publicity for the equipment manufacturers.
On the other hand if as speculated, the whole operation was to weaken Russia as much as possible, I think more aid is coming. They are not down to the last Ukie yet as the Ms Andis' of this world are still out there unable/unwilling to commit to their patriotic duty to die for Uncle Sam.
There lies the dilemma for all concerned. Putin is not let off as I don't know how he will denazify Banderites besides sending them off to see Hitler but there will be lots of collateral damage with the pavement brigades. Knowing the Zel$ cohorts, they would be rounding up the ethnic Russians to clear minefields with their limbs.
