I wouldn’t read too much into these departures. They’re fairly common when there’s a change at the top. Leaders like to bring in people their own team, and existing managers may realise they’re never going to get the top job out the job they wanted.
what matters now are the 2024 results as the new team’s strategies and tactics bear fruit.
