I believe Paul Hopper has not fulfilled his fiduciary duty to Share Holders for a litany of reasons. Therefore I will be voting against his reinstatement as chairman and against ALL remuneration increases. They should ALL be taking a hefty pay cut by incinerating over 3Billion $ in market cap in 2years. I don't want any investigations into Paul, I WANT HIM GONE! Thousands of companies get rid of their Chairman every year. Hitting the reset button, starting fresh with new blood, fresh ideas and a different game plan can work wonders for Imugene's future especially the SP. We shouldn't be so scared against drastic change at the top.

Our SP is down over 90%, over 40% since the disastrous SPP and Azer pivot. The Market is not buying any of Paul's moves. If our SP starts an immediate rerate north once Paul's gone, will you still question it then? What if we are at 60c this time next year? Open your eyes to the possibility. Thing's cant get much worse then what has already happened. Insto's keep winning, we retail keep losing. What have we got to lose by trying something new?

Hopper managed a deal for drug that ended up failing and shelved.

based on the products we have and the hype surrounding them, he should have been able to manage some sort of deal, but he hasn’t.

placed his interests ahead of share holders (used shares to secure a personal loan), which has been an anchor on IMU.
