Oh agreed. Its all part of the delay delay game and given what the arbitrator said, they shouldnt get any more time. Id just be surprised given peoples busy calendars and whatnot, that agreeing a date for such a thing was left to the last minute. So if its not arranged yet I doubt it would be set within an imminent time-frame.
maybe though it's been agreed and we just haven't been informed. That would be in keeping with our standard disclosure levels. Hope robface is right in the abovementioned rumor of 5 Oct
