Correct there is a blackout. Not for all the team as not all are unblinded as I understood but the frequency of announcement both past and moving forward binds all BOD to abide by the Corporate Non Disclosure Act where equity buying or selling within announcement timeframes and new material information periods is classified as insider trading. This includes nominees, trusts or bodies linked to the director.
Trust me. If the BOD were SHers I'd say they would be snapping then up at 6-7cts. I have.
In relation to the blinding trials it's is the right of members of the board or part off, to be unblind and informed. IMO the fact that 675A trials are still ongoing gave me confidence that results seen thus far are in the manner intended. Results are scheduled for November.
