Unless you have inside information then investing will always be based on faith. We have no control over how these guys perform and of future outcomes, we can only trust that they will perform and deliver returns. research will help increase our confidence, but at the end of the day it's never guaranteed.
If investing wasn't faith based then you'd win 100% of the time. There's a difference though between blind faith and informed faith
