there was a placement to sophisticated investors recently @ 12c; SP has moved from 11 to 14c in the last week or so. there is also a takeover exercise hanging in the air.
i'm speculating that some with special knowledge of the intrinsic value of the company or its programmes are buying.could we have some contributions on this thread.
