Dr Sud is not on the board of IRX so his track record is not relevant in relation to financial decisons of the company being made. That being said he has provided invaluable help with his anaesthesia knowledge in getting the company to this stage on the verge of stage 2 trials. He did it at IHL and has transferred that skill set here......
