As for the term 'lifestyle company secretary', I've never heard it before and it is a little silly IMO.

Can you provide a single example of a failed company in his employment history, that failed because he failed to deliver in his role?
Or are you merely trying to incriminate him for having been employed by companies that simply failed over time. Wasn't it you that just now, in the very same post I'm responding to, reminded us of the very high failure rate of publicly traded companies? Why now should we be surprised that any experienced individual in corporate management has worked for several companies that failed?
