this is the post that leads me to believe that penalties are about to hit. There is nothing else of significance currently occurring that Mir could have been referring to. With the approvals in place, the crisis has been avoided which is great. I am just curious as to how much STO would have been entitled to. Likely never know but with you having experience in such matters would be interested in your estimate.
