I would prefer to listen to George Gammon rather than you any day.
If you watch the whole video, he was suggesting to diversify and not to have all your money invested in the USD. Since 2019 Colombian real estate has appreciated and the Colombian Peso has kept its value, which seems ok to me.
If you don't like what I post, then bother don't reading it.
