    4ds didn’t chose to be this cashed up, it’s a result of security holders deciding to convert to maximise their tax/profit.
    ‘but having extra cash does give us express options - engaging more nda lawyers, sales, marketing or etc. or just giving us breathing space if the sale takes longer than many starry eyed holders envisage.
